Terms of Service

1. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@faciligo.com.au if you suspect unauthorized access. One person, one account. Sharing login credentials across a team violates these terms and your organization's plan seat limits.

2. Plans, billing & cancellation

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from Billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. We don't issue partial-period refunds except as described in our Refund Policy. We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content you don't have the right to use, or that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other organizations' data.
• Use the participant-join flow to harvest data about people who haven't consented to it.
• Exceed your plan's seat or participant limits by circumventing rather than upgrading.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

4. Your content

You own the content you create (topics, quizzes, questions, feedback forms) and the results generated in your sessions. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the service to you. We don't use your content to train third-party models or share it outside your organization.

5. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice, and will update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or an in-app notice.

6. Termination

You may delete your account or your organization at any time from settings. This permanently removes the associated content per our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, with notice where practicable.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Faciligo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
